Ready to feel more alive? Try an A10 or A20 classes. These classes begin with a progressive warm up integrating yoga postures to get the body moving and the heart pumping. Class peaks when you give it your all during a 10 or 20 minute stretch of maximum cardio.
YOGA FLOW CLASSES
AFlow isn’t a traditional yoga class. This class combines strength, balance and isometric holds into a fast-flowing class. Movements change weekly, so you can get a stretch day in and recover your body and mind.
