I love everything health and wellness. :) I strive to feel my best everyday with a smile on my face. You can most likely find me in a dance class, as it's my favorite way to move. I've danced since I was 13, doing ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop and most recently burlesque. I love to take pilates, Yoga and HIIT classes, as well as maintain a healthy diet. I can't wait to workout with all of you!
