Whether you are…
- thinking of getting pregnant in the future
- currently pregnant
- on your postpartum journey
- a woman who struggles with core strength years after giving birth
- a fitness professional interested in learning effective and safe ways to strengthen and recover the core for yourself and your clients
…this workshop is for you!
Join prenatal and postnatal fitness specialist, Jess Hatheway, on Thursday, October 13th at 6:30pm for a core strengthening and recovery workout followed by a workshop on safe modifications for pregnancy, postpartum recovery tips and the importance of our core muscles throughout all stages of life! The core is not just about body image and having a six pack. Our core is an essential functional group of muscles that we use throughout our everyday life, not just while working out.
I’m sure we have all heard women say how their core has been destroyed by the pregnancy journey, or that they constantly have to pee every time they workout, or that they have been told that their core will never be the same after babies…all of these while “common” are not “normal” and they don’t have to be our reality.
This is for anyone curious about core strengthening and recovery for themselves, their clients or friends and family who would benefit from learning more. Whether you have never been pregnant yet, if you are or have recently been pregnant or if your babies are in their teens and you are curious about how to regain your core strength…come and join us for a fun and effective ladies night out focused on honoring one of our most important areas of the body!
