SweatNET’s Galentine’s Day workout is back! This year we are bringing you a weekend of sweaty fun with three 20-minute sample classes from two of your favorite fitness studios in Asheville. Pick one workout or both … and in the spirit of Galentine’s Day, you get to bring a workout buddy for free!
First, we have SōR Studios at 11:00am-12pm on Saturday, February 11. We will start with rhythm + burn, then move on to SōR’s newest class offering, rhythm + strength. Both will be led by creator Kylie Hodges. We will finish with a spin workout, led by SōR Studios lead instructor and SweatNET ambassador, Ana Prendergast. Each class is great adaptable and for all levels!
Then on Sunday, February 12 at 12:30-1:30pm, Pure Barre Asheville instructor and new SweatNET ambassador Jessie Iannucci will guide us through three workouts: Empower, Classic, and the newest class, Align, which combines strength-building barre techniques with flexibility, balance, and stretching. These total body workouts focus on low-impact, high-intensity movements that lift and tone muscles—and are appropriate for all fitness levels.
