Join SweatNET for a Functional Training Boot Camp class at GRIT LIFE! Boot Camp is a functional, all-encompassing workout that focuses on improving mobility, stabilization, strength, power, and endurance. Each class is challenging and different, incorporating bodyweight movements, weight training, and cardio. The class is broken up into four parts; warm-up, mobility, strength, and interval training.
