How did you get into the fitness industry?
I was a college lacrosse player - and ran our conditioning and strength training program and worked as a personal trainer. Once I left university, I was at a desk job that was driving me crazy and that's how I found yoga. It kept me sane. I knew it was something I wanted to teach and a community I wanted to share. I am now also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.
What’s your favorite thing about being an instructor?
Creating space for people to explore movement and develop positive relationships with their bodies.
What’s your one piece of advice for someone who wants to live a healthier life?
Sleep. Like actually sleep.
What is your guilty pleasure food and/or drink?
Oat milk anything!
