On August 14 from 10am-11am, SweatNET is going all out for our last event this summer at Aloft Asheville—where we will Pound + Dance it out!
New to Pound? Illyssa Hamlin will lead us in a unique full body workout that combines cardio and strength-training using light weight drumsticks. It’s fun, effective, and a must-try!
Afterward, Katie Nix will keep us energized with Dance Fitness. Her moves are so much fun you won’t even realize you’re working out!
Each workout will be 30 minutes.
Free for SweatNET members. Non-members $12; $15 day of. Space is limited so make sure to sign up in advance
NOTE: Please bring water and a yoga mat. Wear comfortable workout clothes, use sunscreen, and don’t forget your swimsuit! All attendees are welcome to stay after the workout and enjoy the pool. Aloft daily pool passes are $15 and can be purchased at the front desk.
