Her clientele is very diverse as she's worked with professional athletes (Seahawks, tennis players, rowers), dancers, yoga practitioners, people with autoimmune disease (especially celiac disease, SIBO, Crohn, Hashimoto, diabetes), and a lot of people with corporate - sedentary jobs.
Her passion lies in helping others not only eat healthier meals but implement good eating habits, find a great relationship with food & achieve a balanced lifestyle. She believes that the only diet and lifestyle that's worth creating is the one you can stick to, so she aims to find what that means for each and every individual. Superfoods and super herbs are her specialties, as she strongly believes they are the building blocks of a healthy & happy microbiome, so she always includes an educational section in her sessions. Teaching WHY we eat, and not only WHAT we eat, is the premise of her approach.
