Anea Michelle, will be guiding a slow flow class, combining mindful movements and calming breathwork to promote relaxation and body awareness. Experience a flow of gentle postures that focus on the harmonious connection between breath and movement. This class is designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all, providing a peaceful practice that nurtures both mind and body.

NO-SHOW/LATE CANCEL FEE APPLIES: an automatic $10 no-show fee will be processed through your SweatNET account if you no-show OR cancel less than 4 hours prior to the workout start time. General admission tickets will be refunded if the ticket is canceled 24 Hours prior to the event start time.
