Come and check out Zeal Aerial Fitness–a new and exciting form of fitness! You will have the opportunity to try each apparatus with various instructors.
During the class you will explore the basics of Hoop, Silks, Pole & Bungee! This will be an introductory course with basic moves. If you have experience, you are still welcome and encouraged to join. This class will be 75 minutes.
About Aerial Fitness: You can burn up to 400 calories while participating in Aerial Fitness. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, and a water bottle.
