Sweet and Spicy Coleslaw
	
- 16 oz coleslaw
 - 1/2 cup red pepper (diced)
 - 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
 - 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
 - 2 tbsp honey
 - 1-2 tbsp sriracha
 - 1 tsp lime juice
 - salt and pepper to taste
 
Stir together the coleslaw, red pepper, and cilantro in a bowl.
Whisk together the ranch, vinegar, honey, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowls.
Pour sauce over the coleslaw and toss to coat.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Tip: Coleslaw is usually best once left in the refrigerator for a day!
