Class Description
50 minutes of Yin yoga followed by a 10 minute meditation. This practice is meant to slow down, soften and open. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes each as a truly gentle flow. Grab your bolsters, blocks or just some couch pills and a blanket and prepare to relax.
