Here’s the scoop. We aren’t your everyday studio. Sure, we lead yoga classes, but we don't stop there. Spruce Yoga is unique, my friends, and following rules is not our forte.

Spruce Yoga is a virtual yoga studio, but even more so a community that reaches coast to coast. Spruce is on a mission to bring yoga to you and your community, regardless of where you are or how you live.Spruce represents the loud, non-traditional, all-inclusive messes that we and all of our yoga practices are. We sweat, move, groove, cry, and laugh to navigate how we can live a life that compliments our happiest and healthiest selves.

We love and thrive in the great outdoors as much as we do in yoga and we commit to doing our part in giving back to this home we call Earth. Today, this includes donating a tree for every Spruce Yoga transaction and we look forward to finding new ways to honor our commitment, big and small.
