Panna Patel

Hi! My name is Panna (Pun-ahh). I grew up in Charlotte and met the love of my life here as well. We chose to remain Charlotteans because this City has everything one can dream of.  My background is in Hospitality and Management.  My love for fitness started in Highschool and it evolved to Group Fitness, when I took my 1st F45 Class I knew I found my Forever love. Fitness should be challenging and fun or you are doing it wrong.
