Jesse Jones

Hey everyone! I'm Jesse. I'm from Baltimore/DC, and moved to Denver over 4.5 years ago. I love fitness and am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I currently work at F45 Training in RiNo and am the head trainer there. While I love fitness, I also love to go out and am very social. Some people say it's contradicting, I say it's called balance!
