Tune into yourself as Bethany guides you through a practice of gratitude and stress relief as you soak up rays of sunshine peeking their way through the trees. This meditation is designed to be enjoyed as you walk the 3/4mi trail on the Stallergenes Greer campus but can be enjoyed along any walking trail you have nearby.
