Slice mozzarella cheese into 1-inch-thick cubes.
Beat the eggs in a large bowl together with heavy cream.
Mix together the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, coconut flour, in a separate bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover the mozzarella cubes with the egg batter then roll in flour.
Pour 2 inches of olive oil in a pan to deep dry the mozzarella cubes. Fry for about a minute or wait until flour goldens.
Transfer everything onto a plate with your choice of sauce!
