Applicant agrees to allow SweatNET LLC. (“SweatNET”) to publish original articles, photos, and video written, developed, or created by Applicant (the “Posts”) on SweatNET’s website (“www.sweatnetclt.com”), social media and/or wherever SweatNET shall choose. Applicant grants SweatNET the perpetual, non-exclusive worldwide right to publish on ALL SWEATNET PLATFORMS, syndicate, and distribute all or a portion of the Posts in any language, worldwide, on any medium, website, social network or anywhere else SweatNET shall choose in the future.
Applicant grants SweatNET the right to use Applicant ‘s name, likeness, information about Ambassador, photos, and content from the Ambassador’s web site or social media, for promotional purposes of SweatNET.
Applicant represents and warrants that as a Applicant and true author of the content posted/submitted that you have the right to grant these rights; that the Posts and content are original; that they do not knowingly contain any untrue statements, invade any right of privacy, or infringe upon any statutory or common law copyright or otherwise violate the rights of any third party; and that all statements in the Posts that are asserted as facts are true and/or based upon reasonable research for accuracy. SweatNET may transfer these rights in the event of a sale to a third party.
Applicant agrees to defend and hold SweatNET harmless if any legal action brought against SweatNET from the publication of the Applicant’s Posts. You agree to reveal to SweatNET any actual or potential conflict of interest, including but not limited to any financial interest in any product, website, partnership, firm, or commercial venture relating to the subject of the Posts or work rendered to SweatNET. SweatNET reserves the right to edit, censor, remove and/or reject from its website and social any of the Posts that violate its publishing standards, as determined solely by SweatNET. Ambassador grants SweatNET the right to edit the Posts for publication.
This agreement may be terminated with 30 days written notice from either party. Termination of this agreement will not supersede the rights to use granted above for Posts that are already published and/or scheduled to be published.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the North Carolina
