Chicken Salad Wraps

Chicken Salad Wraps

  • 2 lb chicken breast (boneless, skinless, cooked and shredded)
  • 1.5 cup red grapes (halved)
  • .5 cup pecans (chopped)
  • .33 green onions (diced)
  • .5 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • .5 cup mayonnaise
  • .25 cup dijon mustard
  • .5 tsp sage (dried)
  • .5 tsp smoked paprika
  • .25 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 head bibb lettuce
  1. To a large bowl add shredded chicken, red grapes, pecans, and green onions.

  2. In a small bowl add yogurt, mayo, mustard, sage, smoked paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.

  3. Add the liquid mixture to the chicken dish.

  4. Stir everything together until it is completely combined.

  5. Serve in a cup of bibb lettuce.
