Most of the 2021 GR Fitness events will be held outdoors in spacious parks and downtown areas for ample social distancing and fresh air. We are following proper precautions to keep everyone safe and all studios/gyms + participating locations are abiding by the CDC guidelines for their respective event.

Each event description has ‘safety guidelines’ on the event ticket where you can learn more about how they are addressing COVID-19 precautions. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO. Safety guidelines include, but not limited to:

• Masks worn before and after each event, until positioned in your designated area, which will be distanced at least 6 feet apart. 
• Minimal props/sharing of equipment 
• Hand sanitizer availability
• Social distancing within classes
• Contactless check-ins

• STEP 1: Purchase the Fit Fest virtual pass for $19.95 which is available to the general public starting Monday, April 12th. The digital pass gives you access to ALL GR Fit Fest events at no additional charge! You can purchase a ‘drop-in’ event ticket for $10.99.
• STEP 2: All locations have limited capacity, so you must pre-register for events using your virtual pass by  ‘purchasing’ a ticket directly on the event.
• STEP 3: Once you book your event and you arrive at the location,  check in with your digital pass by scanning the QR code in person at check-in.
• STEP 4: Did you attend 4 or more events? If so, take a screenshot of your goal summary on your digital punch card, post on instagram, and tag @GRFitnessFest before May 10th to enter the raffle for prizes!

Purchase the Fit Fest virtual pass for $19.95. The pass gives you access to book all events for free! Simply head to the event and book you spot with a ticket! Tickets are required at check-in.

Most classes will be held outdoors at parks and attractions around Grand Rapids, including Calder Plaza, Rosa Parks Circle, The Blue Bridge, and more! Given equipment limitations, some cycle studios and gyms will be hosting classes on site. Check out each event for more details!

• Your pass includes access to all of the events happening during Fit Fest with top studios, gyms, and instructors!
• All who purchase the virtual pass can attend the kickoff party at no additional cost! Pre-registration is required.
• We recommend that no more than two classes be taken per day, depending on the intensity level. Safety is priority whenever we exercise, so use your discretion and know yourself.

The kickoff will be held at Calder Plaza on Friday, April 30th from 4-8pm. There will be over 50 vendors on site to offer samples, merchandise, demo workouts, etc. Workout with a live DJ & enjoy some post class bites with local food trucks! Everything from HIIT, bootcamp barre, dance, and all kinds of yoga. And lots more. There’s something for everyone!

Classes begin on Friday, April 30th and run through Sunday May 1oth at 3pm. Specific times and locations are provided on each event listing.

Age requirements are at the discretion of the gyms/ studios participating. Please visit the event listing or contact the studio or gym for age requirements.There are classes being offered for kids that are reservation only.

Yes. You will be required to sign a Fit Fest waiver which is included on each event ticket. Gyms and studios will also have their own waivers for you to sign. We recommend arriving to the event site 10-15 minutes prior to class starting so that you can fill out any liability documentation required by the studio/ gym.

Bring your own water bottle, healthy snacks, and your charged phone so you can capture moments before and after the event! Please keep belongings to a minimum. Yoga mats will be required classes that suggest/ require them. Be sure to check the event description for more information. Due to Covid-19, mats will not be shared or provided during the event.

Parking is available at each location. Check the event details for specific info on the respective location and parking details.

These are full-length classes ranging from 30-60 minutes.

It is recommended to attend up to two classes per day, per attendee. Listen to your body. Explore as much as you feel capable of tackling.

If you are unable to make an event, we ask that you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel directly on the event listing and we’ll be notified.

Yes. Once the event is full, there is a waitlist option which can be found directly on the event. You will be notified by email if additional spots open up.

YES. You will not be able to get in without proof of purchase. You can download the digital ticket with the QR code directly on your phone to avoid printing a physical version. All tickets can be found under your account on sweatnet.com or with the email address you used to register for the event. Make sure you have the correct uploaded for each event with your name on it, or it will not scan at registration.

Given the scale of the 2021 GR Fitness Fest and the amount of events offered, tickets and Fit Fest passes are non-transferable.

No. All classes are on a reservation-basis only. All names must match the registered classes you attend. If you are not registered, then you will be denied access.

Refunds will only be issued if city/county closures occur again due to COVID-19. Otherwise, no refunds. Rain or shine.
