It’s summertime and new studios are opening up everywhere in the Charlotte area! It’s not too late to get that summer body that we all want, so here are a few new places that have already opened a few that you can start to keep an eye out for…

YogaSix Cornelius
Location: Cornelius (20619 Torrence Chapel Rd Suite 128)
What to expect: Offering 6 different types of classes, ranging from powerful and high heat to slow paced and relaxing. This studio just opened and they are offering your first month of membership for only $60! This offer ends on June 30th.

Burn Boot Camp Belmont
Location: Belmont (6404 Wilkinson Blvd)
What to expect: Bringing you all the effects of a personal trainer, but in a group setting. All classes are 45-minutes long, giving you a high-intensity, creative workout each week. This studio will be opening in early fall and is currently offering free pop-up camps in the community once a week!

ISI Elite Training Tega Cay
Location: Tega Cay (810 Brayden Parkway Suite # 105)
What to expect: In addition to the always growing ISI family, this workout is 50 minutes long, built for all levels of fitness. Each class is designed to burn fat, build strength and increase muscle. Perspire Sauna
Location: Providence (2907 Providence Rd Suite 105)
What to expect: The newest sauna studio to enter the Charlotte market uses infrared technology to flush out any toxins in your body while providing a calming space to do so. Take the 40 minute sessions to let your mind reset and restore those muscles. They are opening on July 19th and are offering free sauna sessions July 16th-18th for anyone interested in becoming a founding member. NC Yoga Bar
Location: Belmont (933 Louise Ave UNIT 302)
What to expect: The goal of this studio is to challenge the traditional yoga studio environment and to provide you with a new, different approach. They will pop up in places you probably already hang out at!

NoDa Yoga Oakhurst
Location: NoDa (3201 N Davidson St ste b)
What to expect: Specializing in gentle, restorative, vinyasa and yin yoga with a focus on functional anatomy. NoDa Yoga’s second location in Oakhurst, just recently opened 2 weeks ago and they are providing plenty of in-person and online classes daily! A Charlotte staple in the yoga community, you don’t want to miss out!

Tejas Yoga Lab

What to expect: The Tejas practice is described as a journey to find your inner radiance that is used to strengthen the connection with oneself and the spirit within. They celebrated their grand re-opening this past Saturday and are open for hot yoga, aerial and workshops for all levels and abilities!

SkyCYCLE
Location: Dilworth (2230 Park Road)
What to expect: Bringing you the same talent and ride as you once found at Flywheel, but now in an awesome, open-air environment so you can get your sweat on in the fresh air. SkyCYCLE plans to have its grand opening in early July, but has been offering weekly classes to anyone who wants to get a taste!

ISI Elite Training Belmont
Location: Belmont (974 S. Point Road)
What to expect: The newest location coming to Charlotte to join the ISI family, this workout specializes in strength conditioning, group training, and endless results. All classes are 50 minutes long and activate different muscle groups each session so you’ll never have to worry about repetition. Their grand opening will be in August, but you can check out free sessions on Wednesday nights and Saturday mornings!

Neighborhood Barre Prosperity
Location: North Huntersville (9300 Browne Road)
What to expect: A unique workout that combines dance conditioning, Pilates, and weight training in what can only be known as the Neighborhood Barre method is expanding to a second location in North Huntersville. Through small consistent isometric movements this workout will sculpt, tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles.
