.33 cup rolled oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tb peanut butter
.25 tsp cinnamon
.125 tsp vanilla extract
.5 banana chopped into very small cues
.5 cup almond milk
Cooking Instructions
In the same order as listed above, combine ingredients in a small 250ml mason jar or container (see here for the ones we use)
Shake rigorously until combined. Make sure ingredients are well mixed together after shaking.
Refrigerate overnight, enjoy the next morning!
