Ingredients


  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • .5 cup monk fruit sweetener

  • 1 egg

Cooking Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 350*F.

  2. Combine monk fruit sweetener, egg and peanut butter. Mix very well.

  3. Roll into 12-15 1″ balls and place on a parchment paper lined cookie tray.

  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

  5. Let cool, ENJOY!
