1 cup peanut butter
.5 cup monk fruit sweetener
1 egg
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Combine monk fruit sweetener, egg and peanut butter. Mix very well.
Roll into 12-15 1″ balls and place on a parchment paper lined cookie tray.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Let cool, ENJOY!
