6 New Studios Coming to Charlotte This Fall

It’s no secret that studios have been closed for 3+ months and will still be closed for a few more weeks (potentially more). Many studios have had to pivot and delay their studio openings due to COVID. Check out these 7 studios that will be opening (hopefully) this Fall! Several of these studios are currently offering outdoor classes until they are able to open up their doors inside the studio.

1. Row House




Location: Cotswold (282 S Sharon Amity Rd Unit 284A)
What to Expect: High-energy, music driven group classes combine rowing intervals with floor exercises for the ultimate All-in-One, low-impact, cardio enhancing, full-body strength workout for all fitness levels. They are currently offering outdoor classes and plan to open in September!

2. ISI Elite Training

Location: Dilworth (2452 Park Road) & Matthews (5600 Potter Rd. Ste 105)
What to Expect: ISI® Elite Training is a fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. Classes are 50 minutes focusing on different body parts each day! Both locations are aiming to open this Fall.

3. SPENGA

Location: South End (340 W Tremont Ave Suite 100)
What to Expect: All classes are broken up into three sections: Spin, Strength & Yoga. You’ll start class with 20 minutes of spin to focus on endurance. Then, you’ll spend the next 20 minutes off the bike focus on building strength, lean muscle and high calorie burn. The last 20 minutes of class will consist of revitalizing yoga to focus on strength, flexibility and recovery.

4. Hygge Wellness

Location: West Side (2128 Remount Rd)
What to expect: Choose from either interval training classes or yoga. They are currently offering classes outside the studio!

What to Expect: YogaSix offers a sensory yoga experience accessible to all, with a variety of classes targeting strength, agility, flexibility and balance. Currently offering outdoor yoga classes!

6. The Yoga Lab

What to Expect: Yoga classes led by some of the area’s most experienced and dedicated teachers hoping to open this Fall.
