Retired distance runner, now I only run if I’m being chased or if the hot sign is on at Krispy Kreme. I work a corporate job so I can travel and take fitness classes – after 2 years of those things being limited, hoping 2022 provides plenty of time for both. I like a variety of things in fitness from HIIT to cardio to strength to yoga and Pilates. Always up for trying a new class. I was blessed with an internal sprinkler system so I’ll bring my own towel.
