After two tough pregnancies and a broken foot I found myself 90lbs overweight, I needed to take some serious weight off my frame. Over the last 5 years I have tried it all, yoga, cross-fit, boot camps, running, shakes, WW, and probably a dozen other things. I learned something from each thing I tried, but found myself quickly losing interest until I found CKO about two and half years ago. CKO has been life changing for me. I have finally found an exercise that inspires me and has ignited my passion for fitness.
