Hello! My name is Dira and I am a Sweatnet Ambassador. I love staying active and eating healthy to keep myself in shape and also set a good example for my daughter.

My favorite local gym is Way of Life Fitness. They offer personal training and small group training classes which I love! I also really enjoy attending hot yoga classes at Gaze Hot Yoga. Gaze is walking distance from Armature Works where SOHO Juice Co. is located and they have awesome açaí bowls, cold-pressed juices, and smoothies which are all great post-workout or yoga.
