Ania is a local yoga and pilates teacher in the Tampa Bay area.

Deeply rooted into the intention of every class Ania teaches is her passion for movement, love for teaching, and depth of knowledge. She offers Pilates, yoga, and meditation classes in both 1:1 and group settings. Each class is geared towards not only physical wellbeing but mental and spiritual wholeness and wellness too. She has experience working with a vast array of clients including professional athletes, children, people with disabilities, and elderly students as well.
