32 years young with the energy of an 8 year old [but it may be all the coffee I drink hehe.]🙃🙂 I started my career off in the fashion industry after earning my BS in fashion merchandising management and spent a good 10+ years working in buying, visual merchandising, marketing, and sales. When the pandemic hit, I decided to switch career goals and truly grow my love for fitness + the community. I received my group fitness certification in 2021 and became a barre instructor at Neighborhood barre Concord + a coach at Solidcore within the same year. I now also do social media consulting on the side to keep my creativity alive.🖤

There’s nothing I love more than being that encouraging voice for clients, seeing everyone win, and meeting new people along the way.🤩 so excited for this year and I can’t wait to get to know this CLT fitness community even more!
