My fitness and lifestyle change started 3 years ago on January 23, 2017. Prior to this date I was living an unhealthy lifestyle and made excuses everyday why I could not change. Three years ago I committed to myself and being healthy and my life changed forever. Since that date, I have lost 135lbs (and counting) and I have grown a strong passion for my healthy lifestyle. I have found a love for working out and learning to better myself and I am doing things I NEVER thought I would be able to. Being healthy has become such an important aspect of my life and I treat everyday as a new day to love life, reach for my goals, and better myself.
