Hello Fitness Friends!
A little bit about me: I am a wife and mother of a 15 year old boy! I work in the health care administration field at a local hospital. My fitness journey started about 2 years ago when I tipped the scales at 200 pounds. Through healthy eating, lifestyle changes, and exercise I have managed to lose and keep off about 70 pounds. I am a much happier and healthier individual for that success. My goal is to stay on this healthy path by maintaining what I am currently doing and learning new things. I am open to try just about about anything once! I am excited to have joined SweatNET!
