Hi there! My name is Cami and I am from a small town on the east side of Michigan named Milford. I came out to the West side to attend college at Grand Valley State University but stayed because I love Grand Rapids and the fitness community in the area. I am SUPER passionate about health and wellness and I love to move! My favorite place to workout is CKO downtown because I love to kick-box (and CityBuilt Brewing company right next door). I used to teach cycling, boxing and general group ex and can now be found doing any type of group ex class I can find in and around the city! My current favorites are kickboxing, weightlifting, and rollerskating!
