Hi! I’m Cara, I am a dental hygienist who is currently working towards her CPT. I have such a love and passion for all things health and fitness! My goal is to inspire and motivate others to create healthy lifestyles. I love meeting and getting to know like minded people. Along with exercise I love music, hanging out and spending time with friends and family. Especially sitting around a fire and hanging out with my little man Memphis.
