I fell into the health and wellness field on accident and it was the best thing that ever happened to me! I have a BS in Exercise Science; a MS in Health, Physical Activity and Chronic Disease; and a doctorate in Health Science and Exercise Leadership. In addition, I'm a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and hold a Level 2 Exercise is Medicine credential. I also write a health and wellness blog called HailtoFit!
I'm a firm believer you don't need to spend a fortune to have a great health and wellness experience, and I love taking advantage of what Pittsburgh has to offer! My favorite workouts include long runs outside, boxing, and any type of fast-paced circuit training. I also use ClassPass to hop around to different studios. I've completed two full marathons, am a die-hard Pitt football fan, have a pit bull named Marlo, and love trying out new local restaurants.
