I’ve worked in the Charlotte fitness industry since 2015. I started off coaching group fitness classes before taking over that facility before the pandemic. I now run the NoDa Fit program at Charlotte Strength. Our gym specializes in Olympic Weightlifting, group fitness classes, power lifting, personal trainings, and athletic development.
For my fitness I enjoy competing in Olympic weightlifting meets, shorter distance running, CrossFit, and the occasional triathlon. One thing me and my wife enjoy doing is trying new gyms in Charlotte. We both teach fitness classes and see it as a good way for us to learn and get better.
