Hello!

I'm Ciera, a pelvic floor physical therapist and novice exerciser! I love being outdoors, camping, reading, cooking, and spending time with my husband and two dogs. I love everything about my job because I help guide people on their wellness journey, and help them overcome the discomfort of talking about pelvic floor dysfunction. I can't wait to explore all that GR has to offer and improve my personal health in the process.
