1/2 cup coconut milk frozen (can sub coconut or greek yogurt)
1 cup grapes frozen
1 cup almond milk can sub for coconut milk
1/2 cup ice
1 dash sea salt
1/3 cup oats
3 tbsp vanilla protein optional
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
