CrossFit Eternal is located in the University area of Charlotte, NC within walking distance of the Blue line light rail. We were founded in 2010 on principles of fitness, community, accountability, and integrity. At CrossFit Eternal we believe in setting you up for success. We offer multiple class types for all levels of fitness and skill sets. From the person who is just beginning their workout journey, to the middle aged person looking to improve their quality of life and health, to the athlete, to the CrossFit enthusiast, we are here to grow you and help you succeed on your path to fitness!
CrossFit – CrossFit is a class based upon constantly varied functional movements. We do weightlifting, endurance, and gymnastics movements all combined to make you a fitter, healthier version of yourself. We dedicate ourselves to teaching not only form, but the mindset and foundations of CrossFit to ensure your success at every level of CrossFit you want to pursue.
Boot Camp-You don’t have to be an athlete to be considered athletic. Our Boot Camp class is designed for the every day person and athlete alike. Whether you need to increase your speed, strength and agility for a sport, or simply want to move and feel better in every day life, Boot Camp will help you achieve all of your goals and more!
Blueprint – Blueprint was created to give you just what it’s called….a blueprint for how the body was designed to work together between joints, muscles, tendons and bone to allow it free and unrestricted movement in all positions. Led by gym owner Dell Shepard, this class incorporates gymnastics, functional fitness training, yoga and weight training into one class. Come and learn how to function and move well in every day life, whether you sit at a desk all day, stand on your feet or suffer from arthritis or injuries, Blueprint will help you regain the ability to move freely with ease.
Nutrition – At CrossFit Eternal, we don’t just teach nutrition, we teach HEALTH! Our Registered Nurse and Health and Nutrition Coach Danielle Long has brought a whole new way of living and eating into gyms. Every successful client she has coached has gained results without counting calories, following a written meal plan or calculating macros. Danielle makes eating and living healthy FUN again in a way that takes the stress out of getting the results you want!
