Our mission is to provide you with the BEST and most efficient fitness training. We are not specialists. Our fitness program focuses on functional exercises, athletic conditioning, Olympic and power lifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, rowing, running and jumping rope. Our training is intense, and it creates a bond among our members that can’t be faked or manufactured. Together we sweat, we bleed, we expose weaknesses and we get stronger…together, no ego`s, no room for bad attitudes. We train a wide variety of people of all ages and fitness.
We offer a variety of programs to best suit your needs. Our group classes integrate techniques and skill work with highly varied, challenging workouts that can be scaled and modified to anyone`s fitness level. Our one-to-one personal training sessions provide focused individual guidance and coaching to the individual`s needs and goals.
Our coaches regularly attend seminars and courses to develop their abilities. The coaches also meet frequently to develop and learn from each other as well as other fitness and medical professionals. What makes them stand out from the rest is their proven track record of helping athletes of every ability level grow, succeed, and develop day in and day out
You WILL get results, as long as you give your best each and every time you come in. Some days your best will feel like 110% and some days it’ll feel like 50%, just give us your best every time.
We offer classes that include all levels of athletes, from beginner to intermediate and advanced, starting as early as 5:45AM and as late as 6:30PM. We keep memberships simple and convenient with single auto-deduct payment per month.
