We are the first CrossFit gym in Grand Rapids. In 2008 we started in a 900+ square foot room and we are now in a 5,000 square foot building. We offer group CrossFit classes in the early morning, lunch time, evenings, and weekends. We also offer private training.
Our Foundation class will give new members instruction on the basic movements and exercises that we use on a daily basis in our WODs.
Our CrossFit class is one hour long and is a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics and endurance.
Bootcamp focuses on a combination of strength and cardio without the use of barbells or gymnastics movements.
Our CrossFit Kids class is for children ages 4-10 years old and uses games and activities to teach children how much fun it is to be active and to use their bodies to “exercise” correctly and safely.
