In this space of healing, they were able to find liberation and full expression in their gender, identity, and community. Daniel dedicates their voice to create welcoming and affirming spaces for all humans to explore and connect to their own hearts deeply and fully.
The classes Daniel teaches are creative, dynamic, and playful in nature. They consistently incorporate themes and intentions, seamlessly weaving the philosophies of yoga in with the physical practice. In their classes you’ll find a focus on alignment, biomechanics of the body, breath and intention setting, allowing for the mind, body and heart to connect throughout each experience on the mat. Daniel is known for their authentic teaching style that creates space for all students to explore their individual practice in the way that serves them best.
Daniel is trained in many styles including (but not limited to) Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. Ultimately, their goal in sharing this practice is to cultivate a space where any and all students are able to dive a little bit deeper into themselves and embrace their true nature, offering you more peace, joy, and ease in your practices on and off the mat, every single day.
