Hi! My name is Dayna, and I LOVE being involved with SweatNET! One of the main reasons that I fell in love with group fitness is because of the community, and by being an ambassador I get to help grow this community. My goal is to make sure everyone feels connected and welcome – so reach out to me if you need a friendly hand!
My favorite cardio workouts are cycling at Cyclebar Robinson and running outside! I also love strength-based, functional training, and HIIT workouts. I’m an avid skier and I love the outdoors – trail walks, hiking, etc. I’m excited for any opportunity to move my body and I’m willing to try anything since I live by the motto that you never feel worse after a workout! I have even tried a couple yoga classes through SweatNET!
I’m looking forward to meeting others who share my passions for fitness and community, and being able to try all different wellness activities that Pittsburgh has to offer!
