Hi! My name is Dayna, and I’m so excited to be involved with SweatNET! One of the main reasons that I fell in love with group fitness is because of the community, so it was an easy choice to commit to being an ambassador. My goal is to make sure everyone feels connected and welcome – so reach out to me if you need a friendly hand!
My main workout of choice is cycling at Cyclebar Robinson, however I also love strength-based and HIIT workouts. When I’m working out on my own, I love lifting weights, functional training, and the occasional outdoor run! I’m an avid skier and I love the outdoors – trail walks, hiking, etc. I’m excited for any opportunity to move my body and I’m willing to try anything since I live by the motto that you never feel worse after a workout!
I’m looking forward to meeting others who share my passions for fitness and community, and being able to try all different wellness activities that Pittsburgh has to offer!
