Our training system was not science garnered from a textbook but rather from the laboratories of Olympic stadiums, collegiate training centers, and dimly-lit gyms marked with the sweat and tears of passionate athletes. We have taken this knowledge and have brought it to the forefront of small group fitness training.
Each Eat The Frog studio operates 24-hours/7 days a week, We know that life is busy and getting fit isn’t always convenient, our desire is to make elite training accessible despite our members’ schedules. That being said, Eat The Frog Fitness is ideally designed for the franchise owner that desires a profitable business without 60-80 hour work weeks. Eat The Frog Fitness studios operate on a low overhead, limited staff model. By offering 8-10 “live coached” group training sessions per day along with non-staffed virtual fitness classes to supplement our members’ overall fitness program, ETF allows for franchise owners to manage the business and still manage to have a life outside of “business” hours.
Fitness training at Eat The Frog Fitness is like none other. Our training sessions consist of groups of up to 25 people with varying levels of fitness conditioning. Each member is individually fit tested and prescribed a workout designed just for them. Tailored workout routines help guide our members toward sessions specific to their needs and allow them to see optimal results.
