I am a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, Holitic Health Coach, Group fitness trainer (cycle and barre and pilates) and a certified running coach. I love helping people make small but sigificant changes towards improving their health and overall quality of life. I teach classes at Furman University and at Soul Yoga. I also teach yoga to some of the athletic teams at Furman. I have three teen-aged daughters and a great husband as well as two dogs and a cat! I am an avid runner and I love cooking and reading. I love having fun with friends and family
