I am a Yoga Alliance 200 hr yoga teacher focused on vinyasa and yin, able to adjust to a more aerobic flow for increased strength and flexibility or a more gentle flow to release the fascia and optimize muscle relaxation and rejuvenation. I fuse the anatomy and the mysticism in my practice and teach in a way to help students reap benefits quickly wherever they are in their yoga practice.
