    We are a husband and wife duo who have created ENERGY STUDIO!! This is our dream come true!

    We offer A ton of different styles of yoga training (including yoga sculpt with weights) a badass set of Barre classes & Kettlebell style strength training with a mix of HIIT CARDIO training.
    We also cover the grounds of recovery for the soul and body with our meditation & breath work classes.

    Also we have the sweetest little play area for your littles to have fun and get creative while you work out or get your zen on. They will be supervised and taken care of!

    Our personal backgrounds are in, Holistic nutrition, Authors in health books, Personal training, mind development, breath work, yoga teaching, barre instructing, group training, hot & cold therapy, mindful fitness & health.
