2 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless, cooked and shredded
1.5 cup red grapes halved
.5 cup pecans chopped
1/3 green onions diced
.5 cup Greek yogurt plain
.5 cup mayonnaise
.25 cup dijon mustard
.5 tsp sage dried
.5 tsp smoked paprika
.25 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 head bibb lettuce
To a large bowl add shredded chicken, red grapes, pecans, and green onions.
In a small bowl add yogurt, mayo, mustard, sage, smoked paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
Add the liquid mixture to the chicken dish.
Stir everything together until it is completely combined.
Serve in a cup of bibb lettuce.
