The Feral Yogi is a hiking and yoga adventure company designed to reconnect you back to nature and to the divine wild within. Take a break from the mundane and dive into Michigan’s vast natural beauty with group hiking and yoga excursions that run from May – October of each year. The owner, Jennifer Stewart Dodgson, also teaches weekly eclectic heart-centered yoga classes at Lions & Rabbits Gallery in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Class Info
In all we do, we strive to be more purposeful, more intentional, and more present. So come join us and kick off your week off with Monday Motivation - an outdoor yoga and meditation class designed to reconnect you back to nature while centering the mind, strengthening the body, and calming the soul for the week ahead! This class is located at My Sweet Peony in Cascade, MI and runs from June 3-September 30.

Private Training Sessions - for people who want to take their practice to the next level. Each session is personalized and tailored to bring alignment to the body and mind.

Sessions may include one or all of the following:

• meditation training

• rehabilitating injury or illness (mental or physical)

• yoga poses to move your body towards achieving optimal alignment

• breath work

• everyday mindfulness

• focus training

• hands on assists

• essential oil treatments

Clients are able to select the location of their hour long session during their consultation. Locations include: Private in-home, outdoors, or studio setting.
