Hi there! I’m Julia and I recently spent 3 weeks in Bali completing my 200-hour yoga teacher training. I’m stoked to be able to offer private yoga sessions at Hybrid Health! My formal education is in exercise science and public health and I’ve been teaching fitness classes for over 10 years.
My classes are a space where you are free to explore. I help my students use yoga as a tool to build a better life. We often become detached from our thoughts & feelings, as well as our bodies, due to the nature of our society and culture. But I believe that with consistent meditation and physical yoga practice, we can foster the connection between mind, body, and soul. We can then restore peace and happiness in order to better ourselves. I look forward to chatting with you and sharing the tools that have bettered my life.
