Being active has really been one of the most consistent parts of my life. I grew up playing sports, watching them, and now work in them! I now use being active and working out to explore new things, meet new people, cope with stress, and find confidence in myself and what my body is capable of. Whether it’s hiking, barre, yoga, HIIT, I love to change it up and push myself to new heights and challenges. Our bodies and minds our capable of so much more than we realize and discovering the extent of that has been so important in my life in appreciating my body and myself.
